What little thing brings comfort to your day?

Comfort for me comes in all kinds of different guises but to really enjoy anything I have to have down time - me time !!! ONLY then if I have had an opportunity to reflect and recuperate can I truly appreciate anything. I am a bit of a selfish like that but also I think a bit sensible for without it I am shocking to live with and best to avoid!!!

Like most of the adults I know I lead a manic life ( opps just spotted spelling above!! ) mother, wife and teacher these are the roles I play 24/7 . My days are made all the more sweeter if I have ME TIME makes no difference to me what I'm doing as long as it's Time 4 me!!
