The eyes are the window of the soul
English Proverb
You cannot hide your true feelings through your eyes, they speak a thousand words.

So it's now day 10 - double figures a achievement by me!! I'm not much of a spirtural person and I have heard this proverb 100s of times - I appreciate the message behind it but being a bit of a cynic I tend to take these things with a bit of a pinch of salt. However I am an optimist by nature and I certainly use my eyes to look upon life and that around me as something to appreciate and to make the most of , my parents and grandparents certainly taught me that too.

I am not convinced these eyes are the window to my soul BUT they peer out into the world and see all that is good around me for this I am grateful I am an optimist and thanks to my family GOOD is all I want to see.
